Using SEOTube
These Terms govern access to SEOTube.studio, a service operated by 120 FPS LLC. By creating an account, purchasing an offer, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use SEOTube.
Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, and able to enter into a binding contract. Information provided must be accurate and kept current. You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for activity performed through your account.
SEO research and recommendations
SEOTube analyzes publicly available YouTube and Google search results and creates research indicators, recommendations, editorial briefs, and visual directions. Results change over time and are not official YouTube or Google analytics. SEOTube does not guarantee rankings, traffic, revenue, audience growth, or business outcomes.
Billing terms
Subscription plans renew monthly until canceled. Prices are displayed in US dollars before checkout and may exclude taxes. Monthly analysis credits reset at the end of each paid billing period and do not roll over. Separately purchased credit packs are used after monthly credits and do not expire while the account remains available.
Payments are processed by Stripe. You authorize recurring charges for the selected plan. Subscriptions can be canceled through the billing portal and remain available until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated. Fees are due as soon as access is granted. Payments are not refundable once the service has been made available or used, including unused monthly credits and purchased credit packs.
Protecting the service
You may not misuse the service, circumvent quotas or access controls, resell account access without permission, interfere with infrastructure, upload malicious content, violate third-party rights, use the service unlawfully, or attempt to extract credentials, source data, or confidential systems.
Content and intellectual property
SEOTube, its interface, software, branding, and original documentation belong to 120 FPS LLC or its licensors. You retain rights in your own input. Subject to these Terms, you may use reports generated for your account for your own commercial and editorial activities.
Reasonable service limits
The service is provided on an “as available” basis. Maintenance, third-party outages, API limits, search-result changes, and security events can affect availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, 120 FPS LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for decisions made solely from generated recommendations.
Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Any dispute is subject to applicable law and the competent courts, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in the user’s jurisdiction.
Ending access
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, fraud, abuse, security risk, non-payment, or legal necessity. You may stop using the service and cancel renewal at any time. Questions can be sent to hello@freudix.studio.
