Who controls your data
120 FPS LLC operates SEOTube.studio and is responsible for the personal information described in this policy. SEOTube is a YouTube SEO research service that analyzes search results and prepares editorial and thumbnail briefs.

Data needed to provide SEOTube
We may collect account details such as your name, email address, authentication identifiers, language preferences, subscription status and credit balance. We also process the search queries you submit, generated reports, usage counters, timestamps, device and browser information, IP addresses, security logs, and essential session cookies.
Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe. SEOTube does not receive or store full card numbers or card security codes.
Why the data is used
Information is used to create and secure accounts, authenticate users, process subscriptions and credit purchases, deliver analyses, prevent abuse, investigate failures, provide customer support, comply with legal obligations, and improve reliability.
Where European privacy law applies, these activities rely on performance of the service contract, legitimate interests in security and product operation, compliance with legal duties, or consent where consent is specifically required.
Processors and international transfers
SEOTube uses service providers for authentication, database services, billing, hosting, security, optional OAuth, AI-assisted enrichment, and search-result data. Information is shared only as needed for these services to perform their functions.
These providers may process data in the United States or other countries. Appropriate contractual and technical safeguards are used where required.
Limited retention
Account and service data is kept while an account remains active and for a reasonable period afterward when needed for support, fraud prevention, dispute handling, backups, or legal requirements. Billing records may be retained for the period required by tax and accounting law. Data no longer needed is deleted or anonymized.
SEOTube uses encrypted transport, access controls, server-side secrets, row-level database security, signed payment webhooks, and monitoring. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
Access, correction, and deletion
Depending on your location, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where processing relies on consent. Requests should be sent from the email associated with the account to hello@freudix.studio.
SEOTube is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. Users must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in their jurisdiction.
Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the service, providers, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be communicated through the website or account interface, and the effective date above will be updated.
